The Center for Free Legal Aid at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law, Psychology and Innovative Education of 91Ƶ was established on October 18, 2023. Since its founding, the Center has become an essential component in combining the educational process, practical training of young legal professionals, and providing citizens with access to high-quality legal consultations.
Regulatory Framework. In its activities, the Center is guided by the Laws of Ukraine “On Free Legal Aid”, “On Higher Education”, the Presidential Decree “On the National Program of Legal Education of the Population”, as well as the Standard Regulations on Legal Clinics of Higher Education Institutions. The Center’s work is also regulated by the normative documents of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, orders of the university administration, and decisions of the Academic Council.
