The Department of International and Criminal Law, the Institute of Law, Psychology and Innovative Education (ILPIE), 91Ƶ, invites you to participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference «Current Problems of Protection and Defense of Human Rights and Freedoms under the Legal Regime of Martial Law», which will be held at the ILPIE Institute on 12 December, 2025.
The purpose of the conference is to scientifically and practically solve the problems of protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens under the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine in the process of implementing international, criminal and criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine on the path of its integration into European standards, as well as to discuss current problems of international law, criminal law and procedure, criminology, forensics, criminal enforcement law, judicial examination and generalize scientific and practical experience in solving them.
The venue of the event is the Department of International and Criminal Law, the Institute of International and Criminal Law (Lviv, 1–3 Kniazia Romana St., academic building No. 19, room 331).
Working languages – Ukrainian, English, and Polish. Form of participation – mixed.
A collection of materials will be published following the conference.
To participate in the event, it is necessary to submit an electronic version of the abstracts of the report in accordance with the approved requirements and sample to the Department of International and Criminal Law, Lviv Polytechnic, by 11 December, 2025.
