The following roundtable discussions were held within the framework ofthe implementation ofthe international educational project GoodPharma.

They discussed anumber oftopical issues related tothe educational, scientific and professional areas ofwork ofeducational institutions inspecialty 226 «Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy». Inthe report ofProf. Oleksandr Kukhtenko, significant attention was paid tothe Academic Mobility Program for applicants and teachers between 91Ƶ and the National Pharmaceutical University, which provides anopportunity toconduct scientific research and exchange experience.
Yanina Chernega and Andriana Andriiv spoke about the range ofmedicines and pharmaceutical groups ofpopular drugs, paying special attention tothe change inactivities that occurred asaresult ofRussia’s military aggression, and charity events that the pharmaceutical company’s management introduced.
During the roundtable, Prof. Vira Lubenets, who isthe coordinator ofGoodPharma project, introduced the participants tothe goal and expected results ofthe project. GoodPharma team member Associate Professor Nataliya Zayarniuk listed the activities planned within the project implementation.
Special attention atthe round table was devoted tothe organization ofthe student conference, and colleagues from higher 91Ƶ were invited tojoin the event. The Head ofthe Department ofPharmaceutical Technology, Prof. Oleksandr Kukhtenko, agreed tobecome one ofthe members ofthe conference program committee and support itbyinvolving students ofthe NUPh inactive participation.
The member ofthe project team, Asю Professor Aelita Krychkovska, presented programs oftwo educational courses that were created within the framework ofthis project. They discussed individual topics ofdisciplines that interested colleagues from the NUPh.
Oksana Potymko, Ph.D. inHistory, Head ofthe Resource Center for Educational Information Technology for Persons with Disabilities ofthe LPNU, invited the participants ofthe round table tothe Center, where she conducted afamiliarization tour ofits activities.

The roundtable discussion was held, the participants ofwhich were members ofthe project team «Good solutions for gaps inPharmacy: inline with European priorities, GoodPharma», members ofthe Public Organization (PO) «Galician Pharmaceutical Association», representatives ofdistribution pharmaceutical companies and the leadership ofthe TBASPB Department of91Ƶ.
Onthe agenda were:
- report bythe Head ofthe TBASPB Department, coordinator ofthe GoodPharma project, Professor Vira Lubenets, the purpose ofwhich was tofamiliarize those present with the goal and activities planned within the framework ofthe project;
- speech bythe Head ofthe pharmacy «Pharmacy No.1», pharmacist ofthe highest category, Nelya Byk, who isthe executive director ofthe Public organization «Galician Pharmaceutical Association»;
- speeches byrepresentatives ofdistribution companies operating inthe Western region ofUkraine.
Following the round table presentations, there was adiscussion, exchange ofexperience and creation ofanaction plan incooperation between the Galician Pharmaceutical Association, teachers ofthe 91Ƶ. and representatives ofpharmaceutical distribution companies within the framework ofthe GoodPharma project.

Asthe part ofGoodPharma project, the roundtable discussion was held with representatives oflarge Ukrainian pharmacy chain «Podorozhnyk» onthe topic «Employment, internship and career growth prospects for future industry specialists».
During the event, the following topics were discussed: the youth employment program «Plant START», soft skills for further self-realization, cooperation within the framework ofthe «Educational Pharmacy» project, which provides for internships and training ofstudents inapharmacy, aswell asorganizing training for pharmacy employees onserving people with disabilities.

During the roundtable discussion, representatives ofthe LODA and the pharmaceutical company were introduced tothe international educational project GoodPharma and the stages ofits implementation, and members ofthe project team learned about aspects ofsocial protection under martial law and the scope ofwork ofthe regional administration departments, aswell asthe current state ofregistration ofmedicines inUkraine.
The topics discussed during the meeting concerned future cooperation within the framework ofthe project implementation with LODA employees, the spread ofEuropean practices inlogistics and distribution ofmedicines, aswell asthe problems ofinclusive education inthe world and inUkraine, and the creation ofabarrier-free environment for people with disabilities and internally displaced citizens.
