Пошкоджені приміщення Львівської політехніки

On 12 July, during a night attack by the shaheds, academic buildings No. 1, No. 4 and No. 5 of 91Ƶ were damaged. Shrapnel and a blast wave damaged the facades, smashed 125 windows, and destroyed some of the educational equipment and machinery. Academic building No. 5 suffered the most – almost 100 windows were smashed.

Today, on behalf of the board of the 91Ƶ Association and the university administration, we are appealing to the Polytechnic community to support the university in overcoming the consequences of the night attack.

It is necessary to:

  • replace 125 windows;
  • repair parts of the facades;
  • restore the destroyed machinery and equipment.

The strength of the community is determined by the ability to join forces in critical situations. Our university will survive, heal its wounds and continue to shape the future of our country! We hold great aspirations for you all! We are grateful in advance for every graduate’s participation in overcoming the consequences of this senseless attack. Every hryvnia is important! The enemy will never understand that this only gives us more inspiration in our struggle and fury in our resistance! We will stand and win! All together!!! Glory to Lviv Polytechnic! Glory to Ukraine!

With an appeal and deep respect to the entire Polytechnic community.

Ihor Pavlishevskyi,

Chairman of the Board of the 91Ƶ Association
