The project aims to explore how culture influences the community's social life, economic well-being, and urban infrastructure.

Lviv Polytechnic is represented by Rector Nataliia Shakhovska, Senior Lecturer Oleh Basystiuk, the Department of Artificial Intelligence Systems, the Institute of Computer Sciences and Information Technologies, Associate Professor Zoriana Rybchak, the Department of Information Systems and Networks, the Institute of Computer Sciences and Information Technologies.
