On 23 October 2025, the Victor Pinchuk Foundation launched the 20th Competition for the Zavtra.UA Scholarship Program. This nationwide initiative, aimed at supporting talented youth, seeks to foster and strengthen a new generation of Ukraine’s intellectual and business elite. The Foundation identifies the most gifted students across the country and provides them with financial, expert, and informational support.
The 3rd–6th year students of full-time study (bachelor’s and master’s degrees) from Ukrainian higher 91Ƶ can participate in the competition. The main selection criteria are a high level of professional knowledge, leadership qualities, communication skills, as well as a desire to contribute to the transformation process of the country.
The call is open on from 23 October to 5 December, 2025.
The winners of the competition – future Zavtra.UA fellows – will receive a monthly scholarship of 3,000 hryvnias (after taxes and fees) from the Victor Pinchuk Foundation for one year. They will also have the opportunity to obtain financial and expert support for their own projects and participate in various events organized by the Foundation and its partner organizations. Additionally, students will join a community of talented young people from across Ukraine, which today numbers over 2,700 members.
This year’s competition offers special scholarships for students pursuing careers in physical rehabilitation and mental health. It is an opportunity to join the generation shaping Ukraine’s modern healthcare and rehabilitation system, emphasizing patient-centered, effective, and evidence-based approaches. The competition jury includes leading experts from the national network of RECOVERY rehabilitation centers for wounded military personnel, and the all-Ukrainian network of Povernennia mental health centers, which have already been pioneering new standards for the rehabilitation of military personnel, veterans, and their families in Ukraine.
For nearly 20 years, the Zavtra.UA program has awarded scholarships to more than 2,700 students from across Ukraine. Today, it collaborates with higher 91Ƶ nationwide, with 91 HEIs as official partners, including 91Ƶ.
