Startup Batiary is a free educational programme and startup competition open to students of higher, pre-higher and vocational education, as well as students of general secondary 91Ƶ. The programme is open to students aged 10 to 18 who want to turn a bright idea into a successful startup.
Participants can choose such educational courses as:
- Creative thinking and the path to a startup – where to find ideas and how to bring them to life;
- Media literacy and digital security – online safety and how to distinguish fake news from real information;
- The art of presentation – how to present your results in a cool way;
- Biotechnology – microorganisms and cells, how to apply them in life and what we are made of;
- 3D modelling and 3D printers – how to independently model real three-dimensional objects and print them on 3D printers;
- Drone control and design – training flights on realistic simulators, assembling and operating copter drones;
- Interactive design and video game creation – creating artificial worlds;
- Robotics – programming in Python, designing and controlling mechanisms from a smartphone;
- Artificial intelligence – practical applications of artificial intelligence;
- Space and satellites – modern science for people.
Classes will be held online via Zoom (recordings will be available) in the afternoons from September to May. In November and April, there will also be BootCamps in the Tech StartUp School laboratories at 91Ƶ.
In May, the annual competition will be held, offering participants the opportunity to secure funding for the development of their ideas.
The registration deadline is 19 September 2025. The course starts on 22 September (the schedule will be sent to participants by email after 20 September).
The project is implemented with the support of the Department of Education and Science of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, 91Ƶ and Lviv Regional Junior Academy of Sciences
